Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged or defective products and must be requested within 4 days of delivery, as per our Return & Replacement Policy.

A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all claims. Requests without proper proof will not be processed.

Opened, used, or consumed products are not eligible for return.
