Returns & Refunds
At PURENEX PLUS, every product is sealed, hygienically packed, and quality checked before dispatch. Because our products are dietary supplements, returns are limited to cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We keep the policy simple and fair for everyone.
7-Day Return Window
If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve it quickly.
When Returns Are Free
Returns or replacements are completely free if the issue is genuine, such as:
Product damaged, leaking, or broken
Seal tampered at the time of delivery
Wrong product received
In these cases, we will arrange the return and process your replacement or refund at no cost.
Unboxing Video (Helpful but Not Mandatory)
To help us verify the issue faster, we recommend recording a simple unboxing video showing:
The sealed outer package
The shipping label
Opening of the package
The product condition
This helps us approve requests much faster, although it is not mandatory.
Returns Without a Product Issue
If a return is requested for reasons such as change of mind, it may still be accepted at our discretion.
In such cases, a flat ₹99 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
When Returns Cannot Be Accepted
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns may not be accepted if:
The product has been opened or used
The container is damaged after delivery
The request is made after 7 days
The concern relates to taste, flavour preference, or personal reaction
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Genuine issue → Full refund
Non-issue return → ₹99 deduction
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
