We ship orders across India using trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier availability, and external factors beyond our control.

Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS, where applicable.


Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges for re-delivery.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 4 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). A clear unboxing video is required for any damage claims.
